Just a suggestion....chocolate and bourbon are a match made in....well......someplace special.

Meatloaf with mushroom Béchamel, broccoli, spinach and rice.



Very satisfying to say the least.

Donna made chicken tortilla soup for lunch.
I went back and forth to Cleveland (again).
So I haven’t eaten all day.
Not really sure why I skipped bfast?!?!?

Anyway, she’s reheating some for me.
Smells awesome!
And I have a large rock glass with ice and some of this in it.

I bought my wife the Ninja Foodi XL grill for Christmas  and she absolutely loves it. She did fried chicken in it tonight and i have to say it was awesome. I'm more of an old school cook, not into these new gadgets but she loves this thing.

Also threw a pot roast in, got it $10 off because it was the sell by date

My Bride requested loaded nachos.....


Our New Year’s Eve will be Saturday. I worked today and have to work tomorrow. So....we can wait to celebrate a bit.
