hello  to  all   my  friends  that  are  addicted to  fur  and  feathers   ,  i  went  to my  locale  lake  and  nice    hatch of  caddis  !  so  i  want to  share  a  easy pattern  that   floats  great  and  trout to gills  love it  ....no  joke  i pounded  a  few  white  perch  with it last  night  ....

material  list  is   short  ...2  mil  closed  cell   craft  shop  foam   ( tan  brown   black  yellow   green  all  work )

i  used  a   14 mustad  94840  hook (don't matter)

natural  elk  hair

ginger  hackle


super  glue  gel  or  zap  a  gap

head  cement

first i personally   cut my  foam  bodys  i  used  a  river  roads  chynebyl  ant  cutter   but  just   cut half



i  then   run  thread    down  to  the  bend  in  the  hook   then  back up half  way  a  drop  of  super  glue   attach  foam  body  ty  down  trim



cut  a  small   bunch of  elk  hair  even it in  your  stacker  then  add  the  wing


after  this  i  wrap my  hackle  in the   front  whip  finish  and  you  have  a  foam  bodied  elk hair  caddis   that  trout  and  gills   love

Fishgalore. A Dan Vise is the best for the money. Practice make perfect. You should come over to East Stoudsburg sometime. We can tie some flies and hit the Broadhead. My Computer got fried in a storm ,so I go to the Library twice a week to check my mail. Still hitting trout over here.

The caterpillars should be pretty easy. The cicadas are one big, ugly bug!

we  can't  talk  about  any  secret  spots   or  we  will  get tossed  outta  the  double  secret  fishermans  club  ...of  course  all  the  bass and  walleyes  tourny  results  are   in the  news  paper  ....  or  ya  can  just  go  where  ya  see alot of  boats  ..... oh  sorry!!!!!!!!!!!!!  duhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
