19 lb pike caught on the connecticut river

I went to the charlestown rotary club fishing derby held in springfield on may 2nd . The guy who won fish of the day got a 19 pound 9oz northern pike I think he also had the largest smallmouth 4 pounder. That was the biggest pike I have ever seen on the conn river :thumbup_smilie:

19 lbs is a pretty good fish for this time of year....you happen to know what the length was on that one

Length of that pike was 42 inches I believe.
