Now I make 2-3 loaves a week for my Bride and I. Better late than never I guess. Takes all of 10 minutes prep total.

Live and learn I guess.

Yes it does built my brother a 3 drawer one last year I built this 4 drawer with a few more mods than first build. Mine has a smoke stack and more thermometers. I can control the heat and get a nice smoke roll a little better.

Cool can't wait to see pictures. DIY smokers are some of my favorite builds. Have seen a few pretty cool ones that friends have built.
