Have wings on the Weber right now. Big front approaching. I’ll probably get wet making them happy.

Oh well…it’s all for the cause.
If you lend someone $20 and never see that person again, it was probably worth it.

Anyone have any tips on grilling walleye? Nothing I found googling so far makes me warm and fuzzy. If nothing else, I’ll beer batter it (again)

Use a coating of olive oil and a blackened fish seasoning. Get the grill pretty hot. Hit them hot and fast. You won’t be disappointed.

Clean and spray your grills with cooking spray.

Let them char a bit before you flip them. A drizzle of lemon juice is extra special.makes my mouth water for sure.
If you lend someone $20 and never see that person again, it was probably worth it.

Thanks again RG. I went a tad spicy with the rub but overall it came out amazing. Would have made great tacos

Takes a bit of learning I guess. Back off  little and try it again. You’ll be happy. It’s worth it. Used this method for multiple species of fish and been happy. Even store bought .
