Go with the flow Dom. I'm heading out on the canal tomorrow morning. Gonna slow troll a bit then break out the fly rod. Haven't fished from the boat in a couple weeks. Too damned hot for me.

If you lend someone $20 and never see that person again, it was probably worth it.

Hit the river last night for some epic topwater smallmouth action..  For about an hour and a half at one point there were bass just busting shad all around us.  There were many times when we both had fish on at the same time...  I did switch over to a crack bait and picked up a couple nice walleyes..

Way to Raquettedacker. It looks to be a great season for you in both numbers of fish and species, nice.
Keep on going.  :)

Neat catch, 2 fish on 1 lure. That's the way to do it. ;D

Is that gold colored fish with the red fins a rudd?

WW

Took a little boating , camping trip this past weekend with my bride , Herb and his wife. The first time for the girls sleeping in a lean to.. My bride use to tent camp with me all the time so i wasnt to worried.   Herbs wife learned how to use a outhouse..   ;D. I did bring 10lbs of lime to use..  The weather was great the fishing was good and the loons were singing to us all day and night..
