I haven't used a frog lure in years. I used to use a super frog as a kid growing up. I haven't seen one in years.

hands down the Scumfrog is the best frog on the market, it has way better hook-up percentages (in my opinion) then any other frog I have tried, and beleive me I have tried a ton. The Price of the Spro frogs are ridiculous, your paying for all these crazy (but cool) designs and I bet I would get just as many blow ups with my plain whit or black scum frog.

It i was going to choose a frog in soft plastic I would go with the Gene Larew Three legged frog. I love those things

I bought some of the cabelas brand frogs.. they are pretty sweet frogs! They ride on top the water very nice and when stopped they sit with the nose in the air just like a frog. They are pretty hard though...

For soft frogs I like the good old mr. twister hawg frawg and have luck with wave worms tiki-toad.

For hard frogs I like the rebel wee frog.

I would also like to try koppers live target frogs in both models, they are a very realistic looking lures. 8)

I purchased both versions of the Live target from this off season, they even surpass the quality of a Spro frog.

the one frog I bought this season that is different is the river2sea from, it is a diver with kicking feet, looks cool, but also could be a gimmick

The sizmic toad gets my vote, it is not very durable, you can catch 5-6 fish per bait but you get6/ 3.49.
I love the way they work in lilly pads
