Windy as heck...trolled from 10-2 and caught this nice female laker 5 minutes after letting out my line. 1.5 colors of lead core on a single hook fly. She was 21” and gave a nice battle!

That’s a nice laker from the big lake. They fight so much better when the water is still cool like now.

Nice job! I’ve been out twice so far hoping to hook a salmon and only managed to catch a small 12-13” laker.

Nice, that's what I call a suckers fish, because they suckers you into fishing longer than you should because of the instant sucess..
