White Perch at night?
« on: May 22, 2005, 09:33 PM »
Does anyone know how white perch hit after dark? Do they have bad eyes like yellow perch and only hit during daylight hours?

A local river that is brackish has them and I wanna catch some for striper bait (in saltwater) but since high tides in the early AM the day I'm going, I'll only get a shot at catching them the night before after I get out of work. I guess I'll bring the cast net as a last resort because I know the stripers around me love em.
Chasing them pigs with fins!

AK isn't coming soon enough....can't wait to fight with 1 grizzly for 100,000 fish instead of 1,000 snaggers for 10.
