This morning we decided to hit up Salmon Creek in Ludlowville. There were a few guys at a popular spot talking about exactly what time sunrise was. Some had been there since 4:00AM. As they finally agreed what time was legal light, a guy dropped his pack of smokes in the water. He decided to cast into the water to snag the smokes even though they must have been wet as soon as they fell. He tried a couple of times and missed. Out comes an E.C.O. from the crowd of bystanders and surprised him with a citation for fishing too early. Probably the most expensive smokes he's bought all year.
