Looks that way. We’re $100k into fungicides for the golf course. Last year an app lasted 5 weeks. This year it’s lasting 5 days. About $40k above last year. But, the course looks good.

Haven’t had to water much. Last year we put down almost 8 million gallons of water. That’s over 24 acre feet of water. This year we haven’t broken 2 mm gallons and we don’t expect to water much the rest of the season.

But not getting what they typically get.
We are getting maybe 1/2 the traditional average.

The farmers who rent our land have 75 acres of hay down. They rolled in with 5 bailers and 2 self-loading wagons in a desperate attempt to get it off the ground. They got one load and down comes the rain. We're all ready to puke.
