Do you think they'll arrive in the Kingston area their normal time of mid to late April, or will it be sooner?

It all the Temp of the water.Not how much rain falls.They live in water.What do they care.The magic temp is 48 to 50 degrees.Albany is 39.Next week should help.

 Yeah, I guess I should've been more specific. Will all this rain cool or warm the main river? :-[

It depends on how much snow is still up north.The temps this weekend will be cold so not much warm up.2 to 5 inches of rain wont help.Your hotspots will be less walking distance for you.
