How Warm Is It?
« on: May 19, 2015, 05:19 PM »
Well....we have a "How Cold Is it " topic on the Shanty.....why not an opposite here. I mean.....this is "Bizzaro Ice Fishing World", right?

When I went out to run at 5am it was 65....now it's 58  ??? Looks like snow clouds out there.

If you lend someone $20 and never see that person again, it was probably worth it.

Too warm!

Actually today is perfect by my standards. It is 41 here right now.

I hope we don't get a frost this weekend though...

Had 40* here this am in Lordville.....46 now. Felt good as I just finished waking/mowing the yard with no black fly issues.
Possible pockets of frost tonight here in Delaware county, temps down into the upper 30's...then again Friday night with mid 30's for a low.
I'm fishing my way through life .

Do you run every day RG? I have been going on the warmer mornings, above 45.

Yup! I had to limit it for a month for so because of a low back injury, but I'm back at it now. It's not so much about how far....more about how long. About an hour is good for me. There's a nice park at about my halfway point. I do some pull-ups and push-ups there and stretch a bit. I stretch a lot when I get home...do some light weight work and floor exercises.

It's a nice hour and a half routine. Keeps me stomping the streams anyway ;D
