Saturday I started in shorts and sleeveless shirt and ended up in just shorts.  Just about ended up in just boxer briefs.  I try to wear a sleeveless shirt every time out so I get a slightly less hideous tan line.

I have a few pairs of the Columbia hot weather shorts that have the vented liner built in. The liner is like a bathing suit liner though it fits better. The material is real light, and dries FAST. I love these types of shorts, no more sweaty underwear wearing away on your legs. I started wearing them last year and bought a few more pairs this year. Gander just had them on sale a few weeks ago. I try and always wear a white t-shirt, and when it gets real hot wear a "jungle hat". I dip it in the water and throw it on. It makes a huge difference.

Fishing is not a pastime, it's a way of life.
