Galien River

A buddy and I fished the Gailen River near New Buffalo yesterday. Nice boat launch and structure. The bite was non existent but I liked the area. My friend has fished the area from shore with good results for salmon in the past. Anybody ever done well on bass or crappie in that area? Looks like a perfect yak place too

Mike, the marina area and pads can be good for gills and crappies in the spring

there's some pike and walleye and bass around too. it is a great yak area for sure
