I have the Ocean Kayak Prowler 13 Angler and love it.  I am 6'3" 250 and have had a 100# dog moving around in the yak with me.  My uncle who is 6'2" and about 280-300 had no problem in it either.  Getting him in is easy and I have never had a problem.  Has 2 built in rod holders and I mounted 2 more movable holders.  Definitely worth the money, very stable and comfortable.  I have done all day hunting and fishing trips on it.

Really take a look at Native Watercraft.  I have owned 7 different kayaks and canoes before I purchased the Native Watercraft Manta Ray 14 angler.
Perfect right out of the box.  Use it on everything from ponds to Lake Erie.

picked up two of these last spring, one for me and one for my wife. took it on 30+ trips last year from rivers to creeks and small ponds all good in my opinion.
Chance is always powerful. Let your hook be always cast in the pool where you least expect it, there will be a fish.

I started with a Kingfish SOT, and quickly moved to a Cobra Navigator.  Very happy with the Navagator.  Have recently ordered a Cobra Pro Fisherman, can't wait.  Right size, managable weight, outfits easily, tracks well.

Just get one at least 12 feet + a large opening, I have a Wilderness 120, works great.

Cobra Navigator is my current boat.  Works well enough, but just ordered the Cobra Pro Fisherman.  Better storage, and bigger and more accessible hatchs.  Had a Mainstream Kingfisher as my first boat but got rid of that one fast.  Barge!
