That's a killer looking salad...

I usually have goulash once a month but being a NH boy, I call it American chop suey...

Kept it simple last night with a loaded burger and fries...

We eat goulash but always called it barff casserole... ;D

 Dom that’s a great meal , I had walleye fillets for lunch , think perch are on the  menu for lunch tomorrow

I had some bullhead last Saturday. Went searching in the freezer for something to cook and saw this big pile of bullhead. I guess I need to eat them more often. There’s a bunch in the freezer.
