Do you hook those worms in the center- all wacky?  Or just thread 'em on the hook like usual?   

I know some guys slam the Steelies on the Salmon River with those worms hooked in the middle, but I've never thought about using them in a lake for rainbows or browns...

Maybe that's the new secret weapon?

the pink worm has been my #1 bait .........40 /60 rig to the front of the worm , under a Drennan float Pin style

Pink worms have def caught there fair share of trout for me in the limited time I've been using them. I know most places are always sold out of pink yet have every other color of the Berkeley power worms in stock. I'm just looking forward to the late fall and winter to soak em in the steelie creeks of PA and NY.
