Started year off in RI at Carbuncle pond. Stream behind pond that we usually fish didn't seem to have fish , locals there said high water it usually not stocked till later . The pond itself was doing fairly well , rainbows on power bait. You could tell they had been in for a while they where as dark as Pulaski steelhead in feb. after sitting in river all winter. Crowded as usual
