Nice piece of curried haddock and steamed broccoli tonight.

House smells like curry and my Bride’s complaining.....a little....

If you lend someone $20 and never see that person again, it was probably worth it.

Got a chicken breast out of the freezer this morning and couldn’t decide what to make of it. My Bride isn’t partial to most chicken dishes. But, I decided to make Sesame Chicken and fried rice with steamed broccoli.

That...she likes.

A salad with some ahi tuna in it.
I didn’t keep the tuna raw this time.
Pan seared it.

Oh yea, and this -

Salad sounds great. Can’t do the scotch though. Never acquired the taste.

It’s not scotch.
Single malt Irish whiskey.

Ham and scalloped potatoes with steamed rubber spinach tonight. The spinach we get this time of year is just awful.. good thing spring is around the corner.
