Title: A decent brown for Taxid!
Post by: SLAYERFISH on Oct 09, 2021, 12:42 PM
Got her chucking metal on the windblown north shore in Nowhere, Wyoming.

30.5" and 9lbs

It was bleeding out so I kept it.  Certainly didn't need to eat it because of the plentiful bows. The bows in lower row went 6lbs each.

Congrats! A brown over 30 inches is a big brown anywhere!

So I only guessed the 9 lbs because I left the scale at home. however, I kept the head and guts in a big ziplock and then reweighed the guts with the body. It actually went 10.75 lbs. Prolly 11 when alive. That's the truth!
