I'll be heading down to Kitty Hawk the second week of March and was wondering if there was any decent Bass fishing in the area? Also wanted to know if you had any tips or suggestions on booking a decently in expensive in shore charter. Thanks for any tips or advice, PM's welcomed. Thanks in Advance
