First Trip to Concord River in 2021
« on: Apr 14, 2021, 02:16 PM »
My buddy and I fished the Concord river from 8:30-12:30 a few weekends back on March 21st. Though we did not get any of our target species in Pike, we still had an awesome time out in the beautiful spring weather and managed a nice pickerel and LM Bass. The water temp was around 45 degrees. I look forward to hearing further success on the river this Spring until I can get out again!!! Good luck everyone

Is it true the Concord has large bluegills?

I have never caught any bluegill, but I'm also always bass/pike fishing, so I am sure there around. Might make sense if the Pike are eating all the small ones letting a few grow huge!!!
