How many of you have good sucess fishing for pike with crankbaits? I don't mean minnow baits, I mean fatter bass style crankbaits? What sizes, styles, brands, and colors, and when do you fish them?

I have had good luck on Storm Hot N' Tots, Heddon Meadow Mouse, Salmo's perch and pike, Berkley's Frenzy Rattl'rs and Shad Raps.
Pretty well anything that is fairly aggressive swimmer and gives off good vibrations or rattles will attract pike. ;D

I'm not sure if it would make a difference or not, but I prefer to use crankbaits that resemble the baitfish in the lake I am fishing for.  Espicially in clear water.

I like Bomber fat A's in firtiger, shadraps in perch and black and silver, rattle traps , rattlin raps
in silvers , golds and copper if you can find one. The copper works great in muddy conditions.
Dont ask me why but it does.

Do the  noisy cranks make a big difference compared to a non rattling one?

In the summer I have great success with Mann's Baby Minus 1 cranks running over weedbeds. I catch a great number of pike, not the biggest fish, but I catch a lot!

Try 6inch  storm rubber pike minnow instead.
