startsing a bass fishing club

Is anyone interested startsing a bass club I have all inforament for startsing bass club up. I have all   inforament that we need

1 like the scale
2  weigh board
3 how get the permit  
4 the payout from 1 place 2nd 3rd and 1lunker pool and 2nd lunker pool    
 
if anyone interested in doing the bass fishing club let me know

p.s.    it will not be a federation bass fishing club we make are own rules

there is a lot of people looking but no action why is there. no one want to get a bass club going i have 4 member right now  the club due are only 20.00 month that in includes 1 place lunker and 10.00 for 2 place lunker

not so dead if your planning a cash club and you are friendly toward car toppers go ahead and plan your tour get your permits and start and they will come I did it for years in the southern part of the state
