Has anyone seen one of these?

I picked up 2 of these at a rummage sale and I really don't know what exactly you'd use them for.
They fold up to half the size shown with a couple Velcro patches and the bottom of the bag is a strip of mesh. Does anyone have one of these or know what they're used for.....or what they go for?

Hard to tell from the photo, but it looks like it could be a wader bag? It folds open so that when you are getting into your wader you can stand on the open bag... The mess is to help them dry...

That's what my first thought was then maybe a wader bag. There is a zipper right down the front too. I thought for a buck a piece I couldn't go wrong whatever they were!
