Went out to Wachusett to try for the salmon run. Thought that the rain storm would have helped. Got there predawn and fished untill 9am. We caught no fish except a pick and a LM bass. We def were at the right spot tho, saw other fisherman with the same idea. Two people stopped and asked us if they were runnin' which aparently they werent. Is it fairly obvious when they run? or do you just have a better chance of getting them?

I fished after work from 4-6:20pm with only one small yella to show for my efforts. I was floating a worm off the bottom and under a bobber. Only saw one fish rise as I was walking out. :P Only one other guy fishing the area and he left empty handed long before me.

Disclaimer . . . I have no idea if I was in the "right spot"
