Chief, any day in the boat in December is good. It would be GREAT if you are doing it in Jan....h2l

Not sure we are going to make it until January but I wouldn't mind one more boat trip!

That looks like a mighty healthy (long) walleye in your live well Chief!  :w00t:

surface temp was 38.  Wont be more than a couple weeks before we see skim ice, fortunately I don't need a boat launch to get my boat in but might need one of these......yes, it is what it looks like.  One of my customers thought she would make me a thoughtful Christmas gift.

I got into them good yesterday and only wish I could be out there now. It’s like glass.

Had a friend checking out the lake from the yard just now. Wish I could have gotten a closer pic but he didn’t like me walking toward him.

Nice pic Chow.

I didn't make it out today either.

Looks like it is time to winterize the boat...

who needs ice, shore action is still solid and got a nice 20" and 22" in a half hour of casting last night.  As I was cleaning them I noticed the stomach of one jumping around so cut it open and found a 4" perch alive and well flopping on the cutting board.

Perch stuffed walleye, sounds delicious!
