Tailrace Fishing

Are there any good tailraces below dams in WY that are accessible for shore fishing. I would like to target walleye, but any species will keep me entertained? I heard you can catch fish below Boysen but not sure if it is accessible from shore. Any tips?

Boysen is accessible from shore, Most for the Platte River lakes. I know Grays Reef can be good, Miracle Mile below Kortes. Below Greyrocks I've hear. No on Keyhole.
