Tried bacon came out really good ..gonna give some to few people to get feedback if to salty, not enough salt or more sugar or less ...it's a good starting point though

Homemade bacon is hard to beat.  Have you tried making Canadian bacon ? It's like a tender smokey ham steak

I make a bunch of Canadian bacon every year. 30-40 pounds worth. It is so versatile. The end cuts are great for adding to baked beans. Slice it thick for smoked pork chops, thin for ham sandwiches and everything in between. I love homemade bacon, but good pork bellies are hard to find compared to loins.

Hey DD I don't think we're far from each other...and cotsco has alot of pork bellys and entire loins for under 2$ a lb!
