Bed by 10pm but typically looking at the clock around 1-2pm
And again a number of times thru the night.

In the rack at 8:30 up at 3:30.....coffee....shower....45 min walk and on with the day. It’s my average. Sometimes a bit more or less. I usually Wake up to take a look at the clock around 1:00. That’s when my bride comes to bed. It’s a very rare occasion that I’m up past 9:00.

We switched to a memory foam mattress about 8 years ago. Changed my sleep completely. I settle in and I’m out. Used to constantly toss and turn. Mattress hasn’t changed since its first night here. I nap on the couch though. If I nap in bed ill sleep too long. Still haven’t found the perfect pillow.

If you lend someone $20 and never see that person again, it was probably worth it.

Usually out by 930-1000.  Full moonish-up sporadically 2-3.  15 lb. Cat on my chest generally about 0420 +/- most mornings to get me up.  Swear he's an old stoner.  He's done so for nearly 10 years now.  Feed the cats, make the coffee, get my wife up at 6 and send her to prison at 730.
Bigger isn't always better but Size definitely Matters!

Not good when you miss that deep sleep for an extended period.

I can fall asleep anywhere on the floor, in a chair, in bed or on a rock. When I lay down to sleep usually at 11 p.m. I'm out like a light. I don't hear anything till I wake up usually about 6 a.m. my wife can't believe how fast I fall asleep she says she tosses and turns for hours.

I'm a horrible sleeper..  I've worked rotating shifts all my life. It defineitley leads to a poor life style
