I hooked a muskrat in the spring last year and hooked a seagull while ocean fishing one year.  My dad caught a giant sea turtle about 300 lbs while fishing for flounder.  It looked like one fun fight.

Years ago, before we were deer hunting,my Dad and I were fishing and caught a deer tag,one of those steal ones. in the deer season .Took it to the ranger station near where I was fishing and gave it to them. Never found out if they found the owner.    Jerry

After spring flooding on the river, there's always a few park picnic tables missing.  So one summer in lower waters, I caught the board of one of the picnic table.  I was pulling really hard and then the board broke off.  So I landed a peice of the picnic table board.  No wonder the fish were always biting over that spot.  :D
