What size fish.....

Im hoping I have a shot with a 40+in carp- no doubt I should get the biggest carp/cat but Im afraid of those 50in muskies......

Couple of guys in NY got some around 50 inches...have some doubt, my friend.

Ok I was looking at last years tourney and the fish was measured from the bottom lip to the tail making the fish a good 1/2-1in bigger. Last time I posted my 18in crappie some guy busted my nuts about it being smaller due to the open mouth. Whats the verdict for this years measuring?

Closed mouth, or they take the shorter lip.

personal goals........

Bass in the 20inch plus area

Pike...break the 30inch plateau

Walley...25+ inches

Crappie....12+ inches

Most of these are big numbers for the waters I fish, I dont think they are tournament winners, but you never know

Those are about the size fish ill be targeting probally not a tourney winner but any bass over 22 pike over 30 or crappie over 13 would be my best so id be happy
