They are a fly with a little spinner blade on the back.
Go to google.com, go to images, look up "pistol pete's"fly
the one on the very right is the most accurate.
Fish them in stop, go retrieve with short, quick, 1 ft retrieves and about 8 sec let em sit before you real again because the little spinner blade will still be moving. it is deadly on trout and bluegill and bass
