Moving to Maryland...
« on: Feb 13, 2008, 03:08 PM »
Hey guys, was over on Iceshanty.com and was directed over here for more information on places i could fish around Baltimore (Towson to be exact). I'm moving to the area for the summer to work as an intern for a construction company.

I'm preferably looking for lakes that rent boats for the day or weekend. Whether that means resorts or just places that have boat rentals it doesn't matter i'm not picky. My current set up here in MI is a 12ft aluminum boat with a 5hp motor on it and no electronics, you get the idea.

any information appreciated, i mainly fish for walleye but am very open to bass, etc.

Think I replied to your post on IS. Only place freshwater place close to Towson that rents boats is Loch Raven Res. Just up the road there. Only electric mototrs permitted and for rent. Mainly a bass/panfish/pike lake.

Good luck.
