Most of the fish beeing caught have been between 30-40 inches . No big cows yet the biggest I have seen this year so far was 42 inches . They have been geting a lot around catskill. My one buddie got 9 on Thursday. Lastnight I was driving through town and a guy was draging one down main street

Most of the fish i have been seeing, catching, hearing about are in the 25"-34" range , with a handful of 36"-38" females.

Bait has been a pain for many people, but getting a little easier.

I did see a pic of a 40lb class fish caught by a friend in the past few days  :w00t: :clapping: :thumbup_smilie:

It's going to be a circus out there int he coming weeks.  :P

Good luck.
Bring on the Stripers !!!

This is nice to see a striper site--trying it tomorrow and Friday--hope to god I can catch some herring, tides look good for a good morning anchor and kick the feet back day. Will try catching herring in Port I find if its tough there its tough everywhere.  Rens boat docks in anyone?
