Long Distance Walleye

My first Mille Lacs eye was landed this evening! Out in MN for work, finished meetings and headed north with a coworker. Windy, thunderstorms nearby so we had to leave the reef where my coworker caught two before I could get one. About an hour before sunset the wind settled and we returned. Couple casts in...boom...my first Mille Lacs eye. Lakeside now headed out in the am until lunch and then back to MSP for a 740 flight home to CT.

Wow, that's quite a haul. Must have been a complete blast. You guys rent a boat out there or your co-worker have one? Pretty cool that he took you out there.
