Any one in southern Vt have any open bullhead water yet ? Going to dig out the polls and get them ready . Getting the itch to wet some bullpout lines. How many of you like to bullhead fish ? How do you like to cook them ? Allways looking for new ways . I fillet one side off the big ones and roll them in a mixture of flour and seasonings like (lemon pepper )( Montreal steak seasoning)(garlic powder) you get my drift. drop in the fry daddy and enjoy. Wife eats the fillets and I like to eat them off the bones.
