How many of you guys are gonna fish the derby? A buddy and i will be going up for our second year. last year we got one good day of fishing in, before the wind grounded us. His 10ft pelican just cant bust through the whitecaps. but the 4.5hp johnson can make 5-6mph when we are fully loaded, so it does the job in good weather. Also, if you got any good stories from derbies past, lets here em!
