Title: Mississippi River fishing

Me and my friend are go to La Crosse to go fish the Mississippi during spring break. I would like to know if there is any good areas near La Crosse for good walleye and muskie fishing. Any advise would be great.

Right now,there is a lot more water to fish in,with the river twice as big as it is suppose to be. The places that I go are 6ft. under water right now. A lot of close roads to the river are closed because of high water. There are some places that you can't even take a boat out because of a no wake rule. Because of the buldings that are in the water.   Jerry
