   Way to go. Nice buck.    I took the loins from my beaver and after chilling a bit, sliced it thin to fry up as you would bacon. Results were very tasty. Not at all disappointed. Next, we will brine soak a hind quarter over nite and put him in the crock pot. The wife has found a few interesting recipes.
