Trolling for Salmon
« on: Mar 25, 2020, 02:22 PM »
Any tips? Usually troll a Rapala out of my kayak about 5ft down. Did not have any luck last year. Looking for lure suggestions. Should I focus on shorelines or not restrict myself?

How do you get that Rap 5' down? Are you trolling lead? How fast do you go? What time of the year are we talking?

Paddle around the shoreline with a shiner or smelt on a single hook bait rig and you’ll be busy
It’s not being Cocky if you can back it up.

When you’re good at something, you’ll tell everyone. When you’re great at something, they’ll tell you.
