I drove down to check it out it doesn't get much higher than that. A good example of what candled ice looks like. At least 1/3 of the lake is ice free.

I’ll reply here too. Last I heard they were not going to be open to the public. I think the nets may be in now.  I checked the creek a few days ago and it was empty. Ill check tomorrow and see if anything has changed with the hatchery.

saw them putting the nets in this morning in sunset bay and off the point by the boathouse. First time I have seen them out there on my way into work.

Do you think the hatchery will be open this year?

I checked tonight and there is a sign on the door saying that the Hatchery is closed due to COVID. 

There are a few eyes up near the dam. That water has to be cold.
