Tiger Trout?

anybody have any info on these guys?  What's the draw? Do they get big?  where are they?

There is a pond in Barnstable that is stocked with those bad boys. They fight like crazy! The largest I've seen was about 2 pounds.

iv caught tiger trout at comet pond well into the 4-5 lb range, just befor ice

caught some to 19" last week at scargo lake on cape cod.  they grow fast because they're sterile,  no energy goes to reproducion.  they hit lurs more aggressively then any trout i've ever seen.

Scargo is a great place to catch smallies as well. I used to be a member of the Bass River Rod and Gun club and that's where my son and I fished during the tournament. A few years ago we blew away the competition with a seven plus pound rainbow from there caught on two pound test.
