Gills on the Barbee
« on: Jul 19, 2011, 06:54 PM »
The chain, that is. Took 3 grandsons and my wife for an all dayer of water fun. I played fishing guide and could not keep up with it all. We caught nothing to brag about. Just enough action to hook a bunch of fish and 3 new fishermen. Red worms, 3-4' down on the outside weed line . The preference was for inside pockets rather than points.

Oh yeah. I will remember that. I tried poppers on a fly rod there earlier this summer. Hey, not just gills up in the weeds ;)
