boat motor help

i just has a boat motor given to me it went through a flood and some of the parts are sized up and they guy i got it from didnt know the year of the motor and all i have is the model and serial number what is a good website that i can use to find this out and parts i need with what little info i have??

well i just checked out all them site u guys posted and it asks for a year before i can put in the model number. i dont know the year of my motor but here's the model number E0001240 but not sure if some of those zero's are supposed to be o's but here's the serial number as well 25402m. if that helps out?? but thanks for the help

I have the 1973-1990 Evinrude/Johnson 2-40 hp manual sitting right here. If you need a spec or two, shoot me a PM. It's worth buying the Clymer manual if you have allot to do with it.
