My fishing spot froze!
« on: Nov 22, 2022, 02:45 PM »
Went to get some perch this morning and my spot was iced over.

May get a few more days from it if the weather geniuses are correct. After that I’ll have to travel a bit…which is no problem since I can go where I want, when I want. Hoping they don’t drain down the canal and it looks like they’re not going to. Lots of work going on at the lock near me and the upstream side is half full. Seems they’re gonna leave it that way for the winter which means ice fishing less than a mile from my house.

A good thing.
If you lend someone $20 and never see that person again, it was probably worth it.
