Sounds like a good day for such a meal!

I actually just had a half pig dropped off Saturday. Looking forward to the 2 hams that were included in the package. Not sure if I’ll back em when time comes or try one in the smoker

Got a meatloaf with carmilized onion and mushrooms over mashed with garden fresh green beans and gravy working.

Chicken marinated in lemon juice, Pinot Grigio, garlic, herbs and spices

Zucchini with butter,salt, pepper, lemon pepper, lemon basil, parsley and onion

Came out very tasty.

Last night we had a big salad made with garden goodies with leftover bbq chicken on it.  Along with baked Naan bread with fresh garlic on it and mozzarella cheese..
