 I live in Indiana, Pa. We're approx 50 mi due east of Pittsburgh. It's a good central location to several lakes,streams, and rivers all within a two-two and a half hour drive.  And I try to fish them all!!!  My first year of retirement I fished 150 days (boat,wading, and ice). Life is good.

Hey Lou, I grew up in Blairsville.  It's been a while since I did any fishing around there, but we used to fish Yellow Creek lake, Yellow creek stream, Little Yellow Creek, Black Lick, Loyalhanna Lake, Loyalhanna Creek, Keystone Power Dam, Keystone State Park, Little Mahoning Creek and a ton of smaller streams/farm ponds.

Mariaville Lake, NY. Mohawk river is 10 minutes away, Adirondacks a short drive away, Otsego lake 1 hour away, Schoharie creek 10 minutes away, many numerous smaller creeks and ponds. Very lucky to live in such a great part of NY.

Live in Helena, Montana.   Three great walleye lakes within 25 mi and Fort Peck about 4 hrs away.

Fish walleyes from Jan-Aug and hunt birds, deer, elk, antelope, bear ect. from Sept-Dec.

Gotta love the Big Sky Country!
