Hey guys looking for some info when its a good time to go fish for green backs .Looking to go next sunday its a 2 hour drive so i want to make sure its worth the trip any info would great  ???

by the reports so far, the greens have been hit and miss so far. if you only plan on coming once before freeze up, id wait a few weeks till they really start running. ill be out wednesday or thursday prefishing a derby on saturday

I'll be up there on the Red and maybe Pine Falls in two weeks, it's usually smoking hot fishing then.

greenback should be moving south chasing bate fish as south basin lake wpg water temps are down to 13c and the narrows down to 12c..thats my story and I'm sticking to it..
